The professionals at the National Security Agency (NSA) have one common goal: to protect our nation. The mission requires a strong offense and a steadfast defense. The offense collects, processes and disseminates intelligence information derived from foreign signals for intelligence and counterintelligence purposes. The defense prevents adversaries from gaining access to sensitive classified national security information. The NSA must maintain and develop a highly talented and diverse workforce. The CADP is a three-year development program. Participants participate in five (5) tours of duty in cryptanalytic offices, attend six (6) required courses, and choose at least three (3) elective courses. Program participants complete the CADP and are then placed in a technical mission office to use their cryptanalytic skills. Applicants are required to take an unproctored test which measures cognitive ability and motivation. Applicants will receive a link in a separate email with further instructions. Please be sure to complete the assessment promptly, as this information is used to make interview decisions. If you do not receive a link within three (3) business days after applying to this position, please contact 1-844-IC-HIRES (1-844-424-4737).
