The optimal candidate is someone with strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, and has knowledge or experience in several of the following areas: - working with CM tools - creating and maintaining configuration baselines for development, test, and production environments - developing and/or refining CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental, test, and operational systems - implementing the CM discipline for the entire life cycle of the system from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life - performing change control and configuration audits Degree in Information Technology (IT) is preferred.
