A high school diploma or GED plus 7 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience may be considered. SENIOR Entry is with a Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 10 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience may be considered. External engagement/collaboration experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is required. EXPERT Entry is with a Bachelor's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate is someone with a desire for continual learning and who possesses strong communication (oral and written), problem-solving, analytic, interpersonal skills, is motivated, accountable, detail-oriented, customer service & requirements oriented, able to work effectively (independently and/or within teams) across functional areas in a collaborative environment, able to manage multiple tasks with competing timelines and deliverables, and experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Systems Administration, Network Administration, Network Traffic Analysis, Network Design, Operational Technology (ICS/SCADA, etc.), Reverse Engineering, scripting, programming, IT support or management, project management, requirement analysis or Systems Engineering.
Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Salary range varies by location and work level. This position is hiring for Maryland and Texas. Salary Range: $47,297 - $183,500 (Entry, Full Performance, Senior, Expert levels) Work Schedule: Maryland- Monday through Friday, with a basic 8 hr/day work requirement (flexible). Texas Only - Alternative Work Schedule 6 - a rotating Days-Mids shift based on the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) schedule consisting of 12 hour shifts (0600-1800 and 1800-0600) and two weeks of straight days every eight weeks.
