I am seeking employment with a company where I can use my talents and skills to grow and
expand in the company.
I assisted in training the east coast Navy SEALS along with DEVGRU. I also assisted in training the F.B.I.,
D.E.A., C.I.A., N.S.A., and also state and local police S.W.A.T. teams. Besides helping in the training a lot
was classified.
This position was an apprenticeship. I learned how to repair and replace fans, pumps, thermostats,
motors, compressors and other HVAC related elements. I also learned the brazing skill it requires to install these items, how to install refrigeration and air conditioning systems and other refrigeration
system work. As a holder of the ESCO Institute Universal Technician certificate, I am certified in the proper refrigerant handling techniques required to use and transport the refrigerants used in HVACR. I

I worked maintenance duties for the Waterview Colonial Manor Apartments. My duties include

plastering, and general construction cleaning. I also, worked the work orders called in from the residents and addressed their problems.
Using a 1348 document, I pulled material for issue using the LAWSON / RRAM System and packaged the material for shipment. I maintained stock control and inventory using LAWSON. I stowed material
received from shipboard offloads and from other naval activities. On occasion, I performed technical
research using FEDLOG/LOGICOM to determine if the part number and/or stock number matched the correct item. At this time, the RRAM system only accepted stock number items, so all part number items
were researched for correct NIINs. I assisted the Hazardous material control manager in preparing and shipping of HAZMAT. I have assisted with preparing of MTIS, DRMO and ATAC material for local material and delivered using a government truck. I checked the validity of inventoried materials and have
participated in general warehouse clean up.
In this position I would pull, store, and inventory material for the Military Sealift Command. Also, I was
required to unload flatbed and tractor trailer trucks with forklifts. I conducted material receipt,
inventory and inspection. I received and verified materials against manufacturers shipping and packing
list. QA'd the condition of the material for shortage/damage that may have occurred in transit. Verified the part numbered items to a National Stock Number (NSN) using Corrective Maintenance Logistics
System (CMLS). When researching a part number/NIIN, It was required to check the HAZMAT (HMIC),
CLASSIFICATION (CIIC) and DEMIL codes with the unit of issue (UI). I assisted the RRAM supply tech
personnel in daily ERP activities. Some occasions when unpacking equipment from tri-walls, tech
manuals would be found. Due to the importance of controlling these manuals, they were turned over to the government Rep.
